Counselling

We entertain enquiries from prospective job seekers and provide the counselling needed to help them make informed decisions. Our client-executive team stays in close contact with overseas employers so current worker availability is matched to their requirements without delay.

Employee Records & Database

We regularly invite applications from qualified candidates and maintain an up-to-date, computerised database of job seekers, helping us quickly shortlist and select candidates who match each client’s requirement.

Orientation & Training

Before departure, selected candidates are briefed on the nature of the job, workplace rules and the labour laws of the destination country, along with training designed to help them carry out their duties efficiently.

Infrastructure & Facilities

Our office is equipped with dedicated departments, meeting rooms, and training and conference facilities — fully computerised, with round-the-clock internet and power backup.

Liaison Officer Services

Our liaison officers maintain close working relationships with government-approved hospitals and clinics to ensure thorough medical examinations, and also handle ticketing and travel arrangements for selected candidates.

Visa Endorsement Processing

We manage the visa process on behalf of our clients through to endorsement by the concerned embassy, keeping candidates and employers informed at every step.

    HOW IT WORKS

    Our Recruitment Process

    1. Requirement Received

    We receive the demand letter, power of attorney and job requirements directly from our overseas client.

    2. Candidate Sourcing

    Our team searches our candidate database, job portals, newspaper ads and referral network for matching profiles.

    3. Screening & Shortlisting

    Applications are screened and only candidates who meet the client’s job profile are shortlisted.

    4. Trade Test & Interview

    Shortlisted candidates undergo practical/trade tests and are interviewed by the employer or their authorised representative.

    5. Medical Examination

    Selected candidates are sent for medical checkups at GCC-approved or Government of India-approved centres.

    6. Visa & Emigration

    We handle visa endorsement with the respective embassy and coordinate emigration clearance from the Government of India.

    7. Ticketing

    We coordinate flight bookings and travel formalities for the selected candidates ahead of departure.

    8. Pre-Departure Orientation

    Candidates attend an orientation covering their job profile, employer, code of conduct and the destination country’s labour laws.
