Star International Services works as an authorised recruiting agent for overseas employers looking to hire from India. To initiate an official recruitment, a foreign employer first registers with the Government of India through the Indian Embassy or Consulate in its country, generating an FE (Foreign Employer) login ID and password. Using this login, the employer accesses the Government’s e-Migrate portal (www.emigrate.gov.in) and raises a formal demand in favour of Star International Services. Once the demand is registered, our team is notified and begins sourcing candidates against your requirement.
Once a valid demand is raised, we help put together and verify the paperwork behind it — the documents below are the core set most overseas employers are asked to provide:
Attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce in the employer’s country.
Attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce, authorising us to act on the employer’s behalf.
Employment contract attested, confirming the terms offered to each selected candidate.
